Amora Waterfront Detail Plan

The City Council of Seixal, as part of an overall strategy of rehabilitation for Seixal Riverfront Bay, launched in 2009 a public tender for the preliminary study of Amora Urbanization and Detail Plan.
As a result of the competition, Risco was commissioned to design such plans. In a first phase (2011), a diagnostic document was made for the area in question, in order to evaluate the territory and support the decision in the succeeding phases.
In a second phase (2014), the preliminary study for the Urbanization and Detail Plan was developed. These studies enable the development of urban projects for the area properly articulated with its surroundings and with the riverfront project.
