RISCO participated in partnership with Progest in a competition with previous qualification for the project of the new University Hospital in Luanda, promoted by Banco Privado Atlântico and Universidad de Navarra Clinic. The Risco / Progest proposal was selected for the final shortlist but did not win.
The proposal Risco / Progest has been designed to ensure the proper coordination between all planned functional valencies, integrate and manage the technical and technological complexity of the building, creating a system of well-dimensioned interior spaces with natural lighting.
We worked on defining the aseptic and durable environments that do not reflect a hospital stereotype and on a sober architecture that expresses the purpose of the building without showiness or ornaments.
