Risco was assigned to design a private condominium comprising 15 houses in a plot with near 6.400 sqm, integrated in Pemba Southern Site Masterplan, Mozambique. The houses, grouped in 5 sets, all have parking, access to gardens, playground, basketball court, barbecue and entrance control.
The housing site plan is a result of three main factors: assuring sea views, maintaining existing trees and organizing the common spaces in order to value the privacy and comfort of its users both in the relationship with the exterior as well as with the common areas.
Each set is composed of three houses, all alike, with the same dimensions, finishing materials and constructive solutions with the goal to optimize construction process, investment costs as well as the phasing of the operation.
