Seixal Riverside Promenade has symbolic and morphological characteristics that make it a unique asset in terms of heritage and culture. The growth of the old town makes it possible to construct a route with distinct physical features.
To reorganize the urban public space, its meaning and functionality, was seen as an opportunity to rethink the role of the old centre, enhancing the historic relationship with the river in the magnificent bay of Seixal.
